What we collect
We collect the name, email, platform, app URL and problem description you submit. Stripe processes payment and billing information; ShipRescue does not receive your complete card number.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate, deliver and support the requested service, prevent abuse, keep transaction records and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, process payments and deliver the work, or when disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Project access
If repository or platform access is needed, we request the least privilege practical for the task. Do not submit credentials through the public form. Remove granted access when the engagement is complete.
Advertising measurement
When advertising measurement is enabled, Google Ads may use cookies and click identifiers to connect an ad visit with a verified purchase. Campaign parameters submitted with an intake may also be stored in Stripe transaction metadata. Browser controls can limit cookies, which may reduce measurement accuracy.
Retention and requests
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting and legal requirements. Customers can use the support contact provided with their checkout confirmation to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
