Terms of Service

Effective August 22, 2026

Provider

ShipRescue is the service name used by the independent operator identified on the website and at checkout. Platform names on this website describe compatible tools and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

1. The service

The $299 Emergency Triage is a written technical diagnosis, not implementation work. It includes a blocker map, evidence and severity notes, a recommended repair order, acceptance checks and a fixed-scope recommendation. Any implementation requires a separate written scope and approval.

2. Access and authorization

You confirm that you own the project or are authorized to request work on it. You are responsible for maintaining backups. Never send passwords, private keys or API secrets through the public intake form.

3. Timing and cooperation

Delivery estimates begin after required access and information are received. Delays caused by missing access, third-party outages or expanded scope may change the schedule.

4. Payments, refunds and credit

Prices are shown in USD and payment is collected through Stripe. If ShipRescue cannot accept the project before diagnostic work begins, the Emergency Triage payment is refunded in full. Once diagnostic work has started, completed analysis is non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. If the customer approves a written ShipRescue follow-on scope within 7 calendar days after delivery of the triage report, the $299 fee is applied once as a non-transferable, non-cash credit toward that scope.

5. No business guarantee

ShipRescue will use reasonable professional care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted software, approval by a third-party platform, advertising performance, revenue or a particular commercial result.

6. Third parties and liability

Your project may depend on services such as Stripe, Supabase, hosting providers or AI builders. Their availability and policies are outside ShipRescue’s control. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

7. Contact

Before purchase, use the project intake on the home page. Customers may reply to the support contact provided with their checkout confirmation.
