Refund Policy

Before work starts
If ShipRescue reviews the intake and cannot accept the project before diagnostic work begins, the $299 Emergency Triage payment is refunded in full. We do not move the payment to a different service without written approval.
After work starts
The Emergency Triage is a time-bound professional service. Once diagnostic work begins, completed analysis is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Work begins only after the information and access needed for the triage are available.
Follow-on rescue credit
If the customer approves a written ShipRescue follow-on repair scope within 7 calendar days after the triage report is delivered, the $299 triage fee is applied once as a non-cash credit toward that scope. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot exceed the follow-on service price.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times vary and are outside ShipRescue’s control.
